The Femme Yearning

The Femme Yearning photoshoot took place during the Tet holiday in Vietnam, featuring a traditional ao dai worn by my female friend. We aimed to capture the duality of femininity and present a fresh perspective on this iconic garment.

The photo shoot was divided into two styles, the first being a magazine-style shoot in a café with cherry blossom trees in the foreground. This showcased the traditional elegance of the ao dai, capturing the grace and beauty of my friend. The second style was set on a dimly lit stairway and portrayed a more enigmatic and seductive side of femininity, highlighting the allure and mystique of the ao dai.

This photoshoot was an exploration of femininity and a celebration of the unique beauty of the ao dai. The contrast between the two styles represented the duality of femininity, and through my photos, I aimed to inspire others to embrace their own unique style and perspective.
